Very happy with my PLEGA Queen size bed. Only need a way to keep control of bed position. If dropped on floor, was extremely difficult to exit bed. I used cable ties, to secure remote. A learning experience. Delivery guys very helpful & PLEGA representative very helpful, to finishing dismantling bed, not an easy job. Put grip hand rail, which is super helpful for entering & exiting bed. Able to breathe much better now. Hasn’t solved all my problems, but at least it’s a start .
Ordered a bed at the Sydney home show. Team from Plega Sydney delivered our bed in quick time. At time of delivery installed and demonstrated our purchase. Polite and professional throughout. Had a minor issue with our bed electrics but was sorted very efficiently under warranty. Excellent sales and after sales service. Would certainly recommend this company based on our experience with the Sydney team.

This bed fits right into my cozy room, and the remote control it's like magic at my fingertips. I can lift the head or the foot, find the perfect angle for my evening reading. We ordered the Plega Hi-Lo bed (double-bed size) for our 80 year old mum. Michael Bilotto (Plega Sales Leader, Victoria) provided mum with two in-home demonstrations of the bed’s functionality. We had lots of questions and Michael answered them all!
The bed was delivered on 11/7/2023 - as planned. The men who delivered the bed also moved mum’s old bed to another room which was very helpful.
Mum tells us that the Plega latex mattress is very comfortable. (We, too, found the bed to be very comfortable during the in-home demonstrations!) Mum finds the remote control easy to use. All the functionality of the bed will be extremely useful and helpful for her - and for future carers when/if needed.
During the many times we contacted Michael Bilotto to ask questions, he was always very calm, thorough, pleasant, respectful, informative and professional in his explanations about the bed and he highlighted practical issues for our consideration. Michael made this significant purchase a positive experience for us.

Had a really good experience recently with Plega Healthcare when I needed a spare part for my medical bed. I actually delayed getting in touch with them as I perceived it would be a run-around and difficult to get my problem solved. Boy was I wrong. One simple email later a tradesman had rung me four times and persisted until he got me. He talked me through a few things over the phone and almost immediately identified the problem. He tested that theory and yes he was spot on. Not even ten minutes later, Head Office's Audrey rang me (they are in another state) and I bought the part over the phone using my credit card. As they were closing for Christmas Audrey had chased it down and organised overnight delivery for me. The package was received the very next day, safely and well packaged. Both Audrey and the tradie went out of their way to provide service to me and went way above and beyond my expectations. And its extended the life of my major purchase the bed, for another five to ten years !!! How good is that? Thanks.
I am sleeping better than ever. I bought a PLEGA bed a few weeks ago (October 2023) through my NDIS funding. I live with a disability and the bed set-up seemed appropriate. Since using the new PLEGA bed, I have been sleeping so much better. The bed has 2 moving functions: the headrest moves up and down, as does the section where the knees are. And the service from this local business was prompt and professional. Any small issues were quickly ironed out. The PLEGA bed is just fantastic. I could not recommend it more highly.
